 The machine belongs to 6FTF series flour processing complete plant. It adopts five storey layout, and the main mill is model FMFQ10×2 pressure mill, which is all closed and has low noise and low consumption. Sifting equipment adopts model FSFG6×24 high plansifter. Purifier combines impact detacher, separating of bran, core and scraps, fine grinding makes energy conservation and easy operation. The whole plant has high automation and smooth performance, and is proper for large and medium sized flour factory.
Technological process
Milling technology: 12 sets of FMFQ10×2 mill, 5 sets of FSFG6×24 high plansifter,
4 sets of double purifier makes 5B 8M 2S 2E 5P 1C milling technology.
Cleaning technology: 3 sifting, 2 scouring, 2 destoning, 2 dampening, 3 magnetic separating.

According to the customer’s requirement, the final product can be grade 1 flour, grade 2 flour,standard flour or other special-purpose flour. The quality of flour accords with the requirements of GB1355-86
